We aid in rights issues, QIPs of equity shares, Bank MTN programs, foreign currency and rupee-denominated offshore bonds and private placement of bonds. We also undertake advisory work for securities market intermediaries regarding statutory and regulatory compliance and registrations with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Furthermore, we involve in acquisitions involving takeover regulations.
