Anita Thomas is a seasoned lawyer who brings with her over three decades of experience  in corporate litigation and has actively handled cases with the NCLT and NCLAT with regard to Commercial transactions and other claims under Company Law. She also possesses a sound knowledge of Maritime Law having successfully prosecuted and defended Shipping matters which include arrest of vessels and/or release of arrested vessels and matters concerning death or injuries to sea farers. She also has good working knowledge of trademark matters. On the Writ side Anita has dealt with a number of matters against cusotms, immigration and statutory bodies. Anita also has a wide range of Chamber work which is non litigious in nature which include drafting of Lease and Rental Agreements, Contracts, Wills, Power of Attorneys, Sale Deeds etc. Due diligence for property and registration of Title Deeds etc.

An expert in maritime law, corporate law and arbitration & mediation. He is a practicing lawyer in High court of Kerala, various other courts and tribunal over 8 years. He is an alumnus of Nation University of Advance Legal Studies (NUALS). He is a CEO and managing partner of the firm, V.J Mathew & Co., International law firm. He has attended various Indian and international conferences.
