We negotiate settlement agreements when appropriate and represent our clients in defence of these before Courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration proceedings before various tribunals within India. The firm takes part in arbitration for a variety of matters such as investment arbitrations, joint venture and M&A disputes, and commercial arbitrations.
