The Admirality Petition filed by a crew for getting the cruise vessel arrested today for arrears of wages was opposed by VJ Mathew & Co., International Law Firm. rep. by VJ Mathew, Senior Advocate , Adv.Vipin Varghese, Adv. Anirudh G Pai who appeared before High Court of Kerala and based on their arguments and undertaking given to the Court to furnish security before High Court of Kerala, the High Court declined to Arrest the Cruize Vessel and vessel was permitted to sail as per shechule at 5.00 PM on 10/12/2024. Vessel owners were directed to furnish Bank Guarantee within 2 weeks
